This place is a 10/10. They will communicate in the method you prefer (text, email, mail, or call). Whenever we have come in for an issue, they always check in on my cat a few days later to ensure he is feeling better. I have never been to a vet that makes me (and my cat) feel so welcome and comfortable.

I use to bring my cats for acupuncture for a bad back until one day i was told i couldn't bring her again until she was up to date on her rabies shot. Now this was a 16 year old cat in very poor health, but their only concern was not for the cat but the rabies shot. I had been to several Dr after going to Dover even Tufts University, none said anything about her being over due for her shot. She had had her shots all her life up to date. Even the other vets told me you don't vaccinate a cat in her condition. I think their concern was for the money, not the animal. My cat has passed away now. come to find out she had cancer. No i would not recommend this veterinary place.

Amazing experience, took my dog here because I was worried about a pretty big cut he had on his paw. They got me in right away and took care of all of my concerns so I left knowing he was okay. He’s a rescue so when I first adopted him he was very sick so I get paranoid anytime he sneezes. The vet was very personable and so was the rest of the staff. They even texted me a week after to check in on how he was doing, charge free. Great place, they really care about the animals that come in.
