Everything thus far has been great besides the last visit. Brewster had an appointment for a nail trim but was given a vaccine I hadn’t requested. When I called after going home and looking at the bill wondering why I paid $30, the receptionist was kind and apologetic and said the cost for the vaccine would be refunded and nail trim no cost. Wasn’t too happy with the inconvenience of having to bring Brewster back but I did and all is well now. They were very apologetic but still kind of shocked that they misread simple appointment notes for a nail trim and administered a vaccine instead. A bit concerning something so simple was not looked at correctly. I also blame myself for not looking at the bill before I left :(

Dedicated, Trusted Vets...for all of our pets. We have turned to Dedham Veterinary Associates for our cat and dog for 15 years. And now with a new dog, they were the only ones I would have care for my dog. Very knowledgeable. Work in partnership.

Fantastic in person service and very good about tracking and notifying about upcoming vaccinations and appointments. They also are the first vet I've ever been to that automated filing to our pet insurance (VPI /w Nationwide) and saved us so much time on the back end!

THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO DVA AND I WAS AND AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THE HIGH QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE. I BROUGHT MY CAT THERE AND WAS FORTUNATE TO SEE DR. NING, WHO IS OBVIOUSLY A CAT LOVER. SHE SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH US, PATIENTLY ANSWERING ALL MY MANY QUESTIONS AND DID ALL THAT WAS NECESSARY, WITH EFFICIENCY, KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY CAT'S BEHAVIOR. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO THIS OFFICE!! diana
