The best of care for the best of friends. Exceptional doctors, receptionists, boarding caregivers and veterinary technitions. My dog gets over excited when we're two blocks away from arriving at the hospital. By the time we pull into the parking lot he's pacing back and forth on the back seat of the car, whining with anticipation. It seems like EVERYONE knows his name when we enter the building.

One of the best veterinary hospitals around!! Dr. Clemente and Dr. MacNoughton are truly phenomenal Drs! Their staff are some of the best around- Amber, Jenn, Cate, and Rachel are always the most knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate staff Ive ever encountered at a vet. They take exceptional care of my dogs and I would highly recommend this vet to anyone!

They've saved my dogs life on more than one occasion (antifreeze poisoning and pancreatitis). They are always compassionate, patient, and informative for any issue, big or small. Wouldn't take our crazy husky anywhere else.

Love the Vet techs and the Veterinarians, 5 stars. Never knew what it was I didn’t like but I’ve figured it out. At the cashout seems like workers are rushed and no where near as friendly as they should be and I’ve been going there since the early nineties, so I know. Giving five stars as it’s always a clean and safe environment for your pet plus the vets and vet techs......

I love this hospital! After taking our dog to another vet when he was younger and after receiving poor service we needed to find a trustworthy hospital for our little guy. We were recommended to try Burnt Hills and see Dr. Elson. He is amazing! He gets right down on the ground and really takes his time with our dog. It’s such a huge relief to find a hospital that is truly concerned for your pets well being. Everyone there is so pleasant. The receptionists, the vet techs, and the doctors! We highly recommend bringing your beloved pets here for the very best care.
