Our three dogs are so well-cared for by this hard-working staff! I’m so happy they are our neighborhood clinic. We travel a lot and one of our dogs is special-needs, so we often need a lot from this staff whether it’s prescription refills sent to a different state pharmacy, or updated medical records emailed to a boarding kennel, etc. They make life easier. For that, I’m eternally grateful. In conclusion, below is our 4lb chihuahua after receiving a laser treatment!

When I called, the receptionist here was able to get my cat scheduled for an appointment the next day and was very nice on the phone. At the appointment, we were treated immediately. The inside appeared very welcoming and clean. The veterinarian seemed very knowledgeable and polite and helped me understand what was going on with my cat. They didn’t try and nickel and dime me with treatments, and informed me what they were doing before it happened. I would definitely take my cat or any future pets back. Would recommend!

I appreciate how attentive the vet is with our family dog. I am the type of person who asks a lot of questions--and they never make me feel like my questions are silly or rush me along. They are so loving to the animals and I really appreciate that. Despite that they are a little pricey (just compared to other places that I have also been to)--it is worth it because of how they treat you as a pet owner and most importantly how they treat your pet. I took one of my dogs somewhere else and had an unpleasant experience and just went right back to Veterinary Care of Ithaca. It was worth the drive to get there, too. They are very accommodating if you have multiple pets, as well. I was in and out with two dogs within the hour (full physical, shots, and paperwork for each). I always feel like they are willing to help me and ask how I am doing with my dogs--offering suggestions to me and my family on top of taking care of our furbabies.

Very happy with my experience here. My cat had an 11:30am appointment and we were in the doctor's room talking with the vet tech at 11:30am. Really appreciate the prompt service especially with a cranky feline in tow. All the staff were helpful and polite and everything was clean. I will definitely return.

All the staff at Veterinary Care of Ithaca are upbeat, knowledgeable and caring. But the best part of the visits with my pet is that my cat’s behavior while at the clinic shows that he enjoys going there. I never feel rushed and staff take their time getting to know my pet and answer all my questions. They are also up-to-date with pet care trends and information to enhance my pet’s quality of life. I have complete confidence in the team at Veterinary Care of Ithaca.
