Advanced Veterinary Care were incredible. At one of the hardest moments in my life they were so caring for my little Izzy. They helped with the passing of my beloved Izzy and were so thoughtful to my10 yr old daughter & I. They helped us keep Izzy comfortable as she passed in our arms. The Veterinarian and techs were so sympathetic to our heart break and went above and beyond to help us say our good byes. There is no way to thank this office enough for the care & compassion they gave.

My puppy swallowed a dishwasher pod. They took him right back and explained what would happen. Then the vet came out and explained the situation and the plan in great detail. A few minutes later the tech came out with estimates. Everyone was very caring and supportive. And of course they think my puppy is the cutest ever Brandi was the tech who came out and explained the medications. She was very professional and kind. She explained everything very patiently and made sure she answered all my questions. She definitely is in the right profession for her skills

They were accurate with their wait times. The vet didn't over- recommend procedures or medications for my dog just to charge me extra money, which I really appreciated. She had a lot of common sense, and told me, "Why use a canon when a bb-gun will get the job done, so-to-speak?" in reference to helping my dog's leg get better. The vet-tech that helped at first was very knowledgeable and friendly, even though it was the middle of the night! Will definitely return if I have another emergency!

I recently had a very unfortunate circumstance, I came in to put my cat to sleep. As soon as they saw us walk in and understood what we were there to do, the attendant Nathan took us straight to a room for privacy. He as well as Callie and Dr Lingner gently cared for my cat while being professional and comforting. I felt as if they really cared for my cat and did everything they could to make her comfortable. They treated us with the most positive experience we could have possibly had from this situation. We will be back for lifetime with future pets because of how great they were.

My dog swallowed some rubber and had to have it removed by a scope. I was very happy with the treatment and how I was kept informed every step of the way. I was out of town on a business trip and felt my pet was in good hands. It’s a little expensive but worth it in case of an emergency. They called after the procedure and the next morning to let me know my dogs condition.
