Awful customer service. I had the exact same experience as Christa Bateman. There were several lots for sale, each with multiple items. I had thought I was bidding for the whole pallet, as every other lot in this sale was for the whole pallet. After I placed my bid I received an email confirmation. To my surprise, I found that I was going to be paying 19 times the price I thought I was paying. I threw $20 at a lot, only to find my bid was $450. I immediately contacted the emails that were listed on the website and was told that they could not call back a bid. I was directed to remove any proxy bids and see if someone else would bid. I ended up having the highest bid when the sale ended. I immediately email the person back and asked what could be done. I suggested that the second highest bid might be interested and suggested a couple of other solutions. I heard nothing back. I sent several more emails, and called the office, but there was no response. 4 days after the bidding closed, I sent an email refusing to pay. I was then threatened with legal action if I did not meet my commitments. We decided to pay for the whole lot to avoid the hassle, but I sent an email to everyone I could find the email for, saying: “I never would have bid this price had I known that I was bidding on multiple units, but I can accept that I bear the responsibility for ensuring that I know exactly what I was bidding on. What I find more troubling is that I had to threaten to withhold pay before I could even get a response to my inquiries. I was looking for solutions, and no one even had the common courtesy to respond to me. I can accept that I screwed up, and that I have to pay for something I can't afford, but not even responding is simply poor customer service. Before, I could have paid for this and just accepted that I screwed up. Now, it is likely I will never purchase anything from this auction site again.” The response I received was “Sorry you feel that way. Have a great day!” Clearly, they do not take complaints seriously, and saying that they are sorry I “feel” that way is not an actual apology. They do not feel not responding to inquiries is inappropriate. I would only make a bid if you can be certain that you have made no mistakes, and only if you can’t find the item somewhere else. If something happened, like you accidentally Bid $800 instead of $80, to bad. It cannot be withdrawn, and you will be on the hook. The staff will apparently be unwilling to communicate with you unless you threaten not to pay.

Their customer service is absolutely the WORST. They don't respond to emails and out of 10 phone calls, maybe answer 1. There are hidden fees, or conveniently "take 20 times purchase price" on select items so when you think you're paying $20, you're really paying $400 - Plus the 15% premium, plus fees if your purchase is over a certain dollar amount, plus other fees plus GST. They also have a horrible purchase system. After items were bought online, nothing came up as such. The listings disappeared and on their own site, it showed I bought nothing. When emailed, I was ignored. Days later I got an email with my invoice that I already paid. Their pick up times are absolute garbage so make sure you know when items are to be picked up before bidding because on top of all the other fees they charge, you have a VERY limited window for pick up and if you don't pick up on THEIR terms, they charge you ANOTHER fee for "disposal". The main reason for the poor review is because I am SUPER annoyed that on every listing I bought, the address was wrong. It didn't exist, which is just awesome for a company who never answers their phone. We literally sat on google maps looking for anything in the entire city that was remotely close in name to what the listing stated, because on top of having unaccommodating pick up times, providing a non-existent pick up address, they close during the pick up hours... How nice! This company has taken on more than it can chew and is unbelievably disorganized. This is a definite "buyer beware" site.

Great bargains if you have the patients. If you don't. You'll pay. Its an auction.

Bought a 3000 dollar item. Ended up being 3800 dollars with hidden buyers premium. Also charge 3% more if you use a credit card. I asked the front desk person where it sais there is a buyers premium and she laughed and said didn’t you read the disclaimer. I said don’t you think that’s not right to hide fees and she laughed again and said we have new ppl sign up all the time so it doesn’t matter. They took us to the wrong item and we asked three times if they were sure it was the right one. He said he was sure but he would ask his boss. He came back and said yep the boss said that’s the one. After loading up all the boxes and strapping them down, he came back and said it was the wrong one. We unloaded the wrong item and finally got the right one. Ended up taking over an hour and a half to finally leave. Very un-organized,terrible business and rude ppl.

Not much they don't sell and if you are looking for great deals then come here. Would be surprised at how easy it is to buy with them.
