Absolutely amazing. They treat every pet as if they were family. The grooming services are top notch as well, and for a great price. They went the extra mile for me when my cat passed away, especially Breanne. The small details really made a difference, like sending me an imprint of his paw and than later getting a card in the mail from them. The attention to detail at this clinic is above and beyond.

I cannot say enough good things about the vet and staff. My hairless girl had really bad food allergies and after over a year of working with another vet they helped fix her diet and skin reactions. It’s the first time she doesn’t cry when I touch her feet. My boy also has anxiety and they’re so good at keeping him calm; they were even able to finally get him microchipped. They gave me help when I had to syringe feed my rescued fur baby and answered all my questions when my rabbits were fixed. They are FANTASTIC.

The best small animal hospital in the country! I go across provinces to see Dr. Neudorf and Amy and their great staff for the medical needs of our wonderful Pug named Kali! I actually think they have added years to our senior Pug family member. Caring, courteous, efficient and always follow up! Very informed as well. They don't guess at a medical issue...they research and do their best to provide the most appropriate care for our pup and they also have great grooming services! Bravo WSAH!

Excellent professional service My husband’s dog had his dental cleaning done today. Turned out that there were deep pockets of abscess in several of his teeth. The team was very thorough in executing the entire procedure from induction to discharge in a very professional manner. The dog was promptly sedated and induced. As the procedure proceeded we were informed in real time about the status of our pet and the condition of the teeth. Options were suggested without pressuring or exaggerating the facts. All the pre and post procedure pictures were recorded and discussed at the end. No extra tests were ordered. Post anesthesia care was discussed and appropriate medicines prescribed. Follow up visit has been planned. Highly Recommended for all procedures. WONDERFUL and CARING team.

WSAH and specifically Breanne Couperthwaite have been the vet I’ve gone to for all of my pets. My two old pups that passed away at 13 and 14 were treated there for everything, and Breanne had to put one to sleep for me when he was too old and sick to enjoy life anymore. Everything was very peaceful for him in his last minutes and not traumatizing for us to watch, and she was professional and sympathetic throughout the entire process. I now have a one year old yorkie and a three year old cat that have been neutered, spayed and declawed, vaccinated, etc. I would always recommend them to anyone because they’re great with pets (even my cat who HATES the vet), prices are incomparable to vets in the city, and I completely trust them with my furbabies.
