We took in our 8 month old kitty in as he was having problems breathing. Nurse was checking his temperature and he became very distraught. She then took him to the back so they could hold him down more forceful. We then get the Dr coming into the room to say "he is having problems breathing so we put him on oxygen". A few minutes later we have another nurse saying that "he still is not breathing so they are putting a tube down him". We then say "what do you mean he is not breathing we were just told he is having troubles breathing", she then said "he hasn't been breathing". Dr. came in and told us he was gone. So instead of letting us try to calm him down before going to the back to be more "forceful" they killed our boy! Then they charged us over a hundred dollars to check his heart rate and put his in such distraught that they killed him! I would never recommend this place. I would never go to this place ever again. From the other comments I guess they are good with dogs but anything else they will just kill them.

Had my dog fixed there last week, they treated my dog good, did a nice job on the stiches, its nice they called a few times to check up on my dog to make sure he was going good I find there prices here are fair and will return for any other needs.

They only care about making money and not about animal welfare. I phoned about my fish who was suffering and needed to be euthanized. The vet assistant on the phone first laughed at me when I said it was a fish. Only when she realized I was serious did she ask the vet about the process. I've worked and volunteered with animals for over four years and it was very obvious that the fish was suffering and barely alive. When I brought him into the clinic they insisted on charging me for a checkup then said I would need to pay an "enormous cremation" fee. When I refused they then wanted to charge me a regular animal euthanasia fee. It is so terrible that a vets number one priority is money and not animal welfare. Disgusting. I would have been okay with paying some sort of fee but not to a company who clearly is prioritized by money and nothing else.

Dr. Wally was so kind and accomodating with our boy. He stayed late just to get x-rays done to give us piece of mind for the night. We are so thankful for his compassion.

We've been going to Dr. Wole ever since he opened in Stonebridge. We couldn't be happier. He has a way with dogs that always makes our visits better than expected.
