They wont Answer phones, Currently on hold for 45 mins called at 1PM. heard the phone pick up twice to be put back on hold.... Ordered a set of glasses here and got the approval for my benefits, i took 3 weeks to get back to town since i work oilfield and was told my approval was no longer valid. I asked to get the approval and i would leave the money required as a gift card so they don't have to wait for me to get back into town. Was told that there was a back up in the approval system and i would have to wait up to 2-3 months now to get the approval in place. I called my benefits and they issued no such story and said no approval other then the original had been submitted. These are the most unprofessional nitwits of the industry, i would NOT send my kids here or my wife here. Shopping here would make you just as blind deaf n dumb as the people who work here. This store needs to be shut down or re-managed to be more professional. Pathetic Experience.

Completely incompitent. She was trying to rush through it as fast as she could, she had zero patience during the 'one or two' thing and acted annoyed if I didn't answer immedietly on the first flip. When trying to figure out how much prism I need, she should have been adjusting it slowly until it met up and instead she was jerking it back and forth going from way too far one way to way to far the other way. After about half a minute of doing this, she said she couldn't do it and wanted Pearle Vision to fax over my last prescription so they could copy the prism from that, even though what I need may have changed enough for it to be inaccurate. I will never go to Walmart for optometry again.
