Have always had a great experience and service at this office! Great little gem of an office!! The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgable and genuinely make you feel welcomed. Dr. Frohlich is excellent and really takes his time doing a thorough exam, explaining any issues while still answering all my questions. Very pleasant atmosphere and has a great little toy area for the kids. They have been very accommodating to our family. Quality of glasses, frame selection and service on my families glasses has been second to none.

Glasses had flaws in them, as in blotchy weird clouds in the glass and twice they gave glasses which gave me a headache several minutes after wearing them. I am not sure if its continued flaws in the lenses that they provide, or if they just make mistakes in the tests. My dad's large frame glasses are also always breaking, in the end they have provided less than adequate products more than once. The ladies at the counter were incredibly rude when my little kid brother spilled a drink accidentally and got the keyboard wet. Yelling at him, yelling at my mom who kept saying ''it was an accident'' raising there voices saying ''leave'' to the point the optometrist came out of his appointment just to see what was all the commotion. With the quality of the test, product and customer service I have to give this place a 2 star. You have plenty of options out there to get quality service, tests, and products, so use this place at your own will, we have since moved on to quality glasses and service in Edmonton, a short trip would be in your favor. Parkland Eye Care, please try harder at being professional, you blew it with our family.

My whole family has been looked after by this business for five years now, and we just love the level of service and professionalism. My eyes are safe AND Francine is great at choosing glasses frames for a person's face.

Very friendly staff except one lady (I think she might be the manager). But the other two were very helpful with my glasses and a issue that popped up with them. The optometrist seems friendly as well.
