my husband and I had a real terrible experience at this place. called and asked if we can bring our own frames and purchase their lenses and the person we talked to said "yes". the following day, we brought in our frames and, since we were told that it was "OK" to just purchase the lenses, we went ahead after the eye exam. in fairness to the guy who entertained us, he was really nice and accommodating and really went out of his way to deliver good customer service. since i brought in sunglasses frames and wanted to have prescription lenses, they told me it would take a couple of weeks before i can pick them up. no issues there. however, when they called and informed me a few days later that my husband's glasses are ready for pick-up, this woman said that BECAUSE WE DIDN'T BUY FRAMES FROM THEM, THEY DIDN'T MAKE SO MUCH MONEY FROM THE LENSES WE PURCHASED! And she went on her speech about how she gave that guy who entertained us a hard time because we didn't buy frames from them. In the first place, we wouldn't go there if we were told "no, you can't bring your own frames."This place sells overpriced frames. Their prices are $100-200 more expensive than the ones you'll see in Lenscrafters or Pearle Vision. Never went back there again. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they want to get ripped off by these people!
