I went into eye to eye optometry for the first time ever about 8 days ago to look at frames. A young gal approached me and asked if I needed any help. I explained to her what I was looking for, and she showed me some frames. I have a small face and petite frames are better suited for me. Then I had a hard time deciding what to pick. I love that she explained why one of the frames suited me better than the other. That gave me the confidence that I was in the right place. She also helped me pick out frames for sunglasses as well. When I went in to pick up my glasses the two ladies were so helpful and complimented how nice the frames looked on me. My overall experience was super and I know I picked the right place to go. I will definitely be back for all my future needs. Thank you so much!

I have been going to Dr. Leanne Kylie for over 10 years and I love her professionalism, her kindness, and the thoughtful way she and her staff help me and my family. They are concerned for our well being and never push anyone into purchasing anything but they are more than willing to be helpful in so many ways. If you are looking for an optometrist and a clinic where you will be treated as a special person each time you come in with care, kindness, and consideration -- then look no further. You have found the place -- It is Eye to Eye Optometry Clinic. :)

Love their selection of glasses and helpful front of house staff. Helped me reduce headaches tied to vision with some great looking glasses! Happy 10 yr anniversary!

I am from Saskatchewan and was at the Crestwood Mall for a dermatologist appointment. I had time to wait and as I was having so many problems with my new glasses which are probably only six months old, I thought I would go in to the Optometry Clinic and see if they could give me some advice. I explained to the receptionist that I didn't purchase my glasses there but I would willingly pay whatever they asked to have them look at my glasses to see what the problem was. I have bifocals but the situation was so bad that I had even purchased a new larger iphone so that I could read the messages and the keys to type messages. The young lady offered to help me without charge. She took my glasses to the back and tightened all the screws and marked on the lenses and brought them back for me to try on. I have a small bridge on my nose. She noticed that, took the glasses back in and was gone and minute and then gave me my glasses back. I could then read everything on the desk in front of me. I could read my text messages. It was incredible. It appears that although my frames were expensive, the nose pads were not the correct ones for my nose,. She said the new ones she put on just sat them that little bit higher so that I could actually see through the bifocal part. I was thrilled. I know that with my next prescription, I will go back to Eye to Eye as they were so helpful. I can't say enough about the two girls who were working that day. Thank you again for improving my eyesight and reducing the stress of paying for new glasses that weren't working for me. One thing I did forget to mention is that I have been back to the place where I got my glasses originally and all they do is push the nose pieces together and send me on my way.
