Excellent customer service, will definitely be returning! Highly recommend Dr. Allison Nowoselsky, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, spent extra time after my appointment teaching me how to put in my first pair of contacts:)

My last visit to the FYIdoctors- Edmonton-Brewery district was a pleasant experience. The reception staff were friendly and I felt welcome. My optometrist Dr. Allison Nowoselsky was very professional and thorough in the completion of my eye exam. She answered my questions and was a Joy to deal with. I definitely will be keeping her as my optometrist and have every confidence in her. The glasses that I ordered are beautiful and the staff were good in guiding me on my selection of frames. Thank you FYIdoctors

I went in to get my glasses that were under warranty replaced. The girl working there told me that they would not warranty the glass because I was at fault for scratching it. Don’t bother buying your glasses there the warrantee means nothing. The manager was not much help either. He made me feel stupid. And try to make it look like I was making things up. They should be more accountable to what they say. They say something and then they refuse to take responsibility for what they said .I do not recommend this place anymore.
