Dr. Chan and his office are efficient and professional. They were there to address an urgent issue with my baby’s fall near her eye and I haven’t gone to anyone else since then. My kids love them as they are friendly and patient. Very knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service. I am very happy with the glasses and contacts that I got here. I never had great vision due to my high prescription until now. The optician was really friendly and helpful in finding the right products. I recommend this place.

Had a great experience at Browz getting a new prescription and new frames/lenses. Staff is very helpful and patient. Even went as far as to help me with opinions on how the frames look. I felt very welcomed, and I'll definitely be suggesting Browz to anybody who needs a great optometrist, or a helping hand getting new glasses. Thanks, guys!

Would not recommend. They do not stand by their product nor do they care about customer satisfaction. I ordered glasses, got them wore them home and brought them back because there was a blue tint on the frames and the frame was lopsided. They ordered a new one, and I had a funeral happen so I was unable to make it within the next month and the frame ended up being the exact same problem. I had talked to three people about the frames and they understood. When they finally said they could exchange it, the blonde manager lady was extremely rude when i rushed in to do so and just kept saying "I just dont see it" rolling her eyes (after the last visit she did). Long story short. I lost $700. Next time? Lenscrafters.
