Amazing selection of frames, lots of designer brands at reasonable prices! No sales pressure and the staff are friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. The opticians there, Barbara and Joshua are some of the most knowledgeable and personable opticians I have ever dealt with (wearing glasses for 25 years). I have been in for a few adjustments and repairs and they are always friendly and efficient and I have never had an issue with the service. I will recommend all my family and friends go here for glasses now

Nice selection of glasses, but the optometrist got my daughter's prescription entirely wrong. It seemed fine at first, but then a month or so later my daughter was squinting and complaining that she had trouble seeing and that she was getting headaches. Went to a different eye doctor and got her prescription fixed, but had to buy a whole new pair of glasses which my benefits wouldn't cover as I used them 2 months earlier on the faulty glasses.

I got 2 pairs of digital progressives, with transitions, and new frames for $598! I also got 25,000 PC Points with the deal of the week and I could't be happier with my new glasses. Other places I checked prices were quoting $800-$1000 just for one pair! All the staff has been very helpful from helping me pick frames that suited me, answering all my questions about my lenses and with doing adjustments after I picked them up. The doctor that did my exam was very thorough and it was only $85 for the full exam. Overall great prices and service

Went into Superstore Optical in Airdrie to get my glasses fixed where the arm was broken. I was speaking to a friendly enough woman regarding this when she asked another employee named "Josh" what he thought. He claimed they were "garbage" and "10 yrs old" and "unfixable".(I bought them there last year) When I showed him that it was just the arm that was broken and the screw just had to be removed he snarky said they didn't have spare parts, there was another customer he was dealing with at the time and I think he was embarrassed he was wrong. I was a little taken aback by his attitude. My wife purchases all her glasses and contacts there and I ordered a new set last week. I was there to get my son a new set that day as well because they had a 50% off sale. That will be the last time my family uses this store. "Josh" has a serious chip on his shoulder and I don't need to be treated with this lack of respect. We've never had a problem with any of the other employees there but this was enough to take our business elsewhere.

Josh is our go to person. Very knowledgeable, patient and no pressure.
