Good doctors, passionate, reliable Service and several option Frames

Dr. Susan Wong is very kind and professional doctor. Our family got prescribing sun grasses there. We got pretty nice frames in many different options with warm advise. They said that warranty is two years. So we recommend Optima Eye Wear, Airdrie, Alberta.

Knowledgeable and passionate. The team at at Optima is awesome. Their hospitality is fantastic and they made me feel instantly welcome. They took the time to explain to me the options I have and the real benefits/costs of each option. Their pride in service truly showed when I presented them with some challenges with my prescription and fit. It was with admirable patience that they worked with me through the issues to get me the best solution for my eyewear. I would wholeheartedly recommend that they be your first choice.

Can't recommend Optima Eyewear and Optometry enough. They have a huge selection of frames to choose from and the staff are all very kind and knowledgeable. Such a pleasant experience overall, I'm glad I decided to come here for my optical needs. Will definitely be a long time customer.

My two daughters both needed replacement lens for their Nano frames. The place I had originally purchased the frames from in Calgary could not guarantee that the lens would be completed in less than 14 business days and would have to send the frames away. I called Optima frustrated and looking for a solution. Their team showed us the utmost kindness from the first phone call, offering my daughters snacks while they waited, colouring and most importantly, lending frames for us to use while we were waiting for our new lens to be placed. Customer service at Optima is fantastic. I was informed of the process throughout and notified with a text message and phone call when my order was ready to be picked up. It is clear that the owner and staff at Optima all care greatly about children and their vision care. It’s clear they care about kids past their vision care. During our visit two teenagers walked in and asked for some complimentary snacks - which they were given. Such thoughtfulness makes them an asset to the community, not only another business. I would not hesitate to recommend this gem to anyone requiring optometry services.
