I wish I could give negative stars. I called the Douglasdale Office 2 months earlier to inquire about vision therapy, or sports vision therapy as it is the closest office to our house. I was told that I would need to go into the Panatella Blvd NW office for the testing but we could have the treatment done at the Douglasdale office. I made an appointment for the testing with that understanding. A few days before my testing appointment, I called the office at Panatella Blvd to confirm this was the case (Tuesday, September 12th). I was assured this was the case. I said we would not be interested in pursuing treatment if we had to travel across town for each visit. I was assured this was correct we could have the treatments done in Douglasdale. We went all the way into the office for the testing to start the process, from the Deep SE to the NW location and were told, "Actually the treatment will not take place in Douglasdale". Super frustrated with being lied to repeatedly by the office staff.

Staff were very friendly upon my first visit. Gave a very through eye examination and were very knowledgable with any questions I had. Would recommend this place completely 10/10. If I could rate it higher than just 5 stars I would.

My son and daughter were both struggling with reading. Was referred to Dr. Luk and loved her. Her team was super friendly and helpful. My kids especially loved the large 3D TV training. Would recommend this place to anybody who was uncertain about vision therapy, like we were at first. You do have to put in the work, but well worth it. Great Optometrist.

This was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Disappointed I wasted all my time at my previous place and worse at the paediatric ophthalmologist office. The Ophthalmologist just wants to do surgery and make money. My friend told me about this place and both my daughters are doing much better after seeing Dr. Luk. She's honest , I would go here if you're ever not sure.

We recently re-located to Calgary from Boston. Our daughter was enrolled in vision therapy previously and our optometrist suggested we see Dr. Luk as she was the only one with equivalent qualifications as he had. We are very happy with the progress. The clinic uses advanced technology with the large screen 3d tv, staff is friendly. I would highly recommend this office if your children require vision therapy.
