Terrible experience, extremely unhelpful, the staff was very rude and refused to help me find a solution. They wasted my time by asking me to look around before checking to see if they had the lenses I needed in the backroom. And last time I did trial for contacts they never checked back with me but they finalized the prescription and now they're telling me its unethical for me to tryout new contacts. Extremely unprofessional.

Thank you to the Doctor and staff here for seeing me on short notice for a medical exam! Happy to see that this clinic has re-opened and is very convenient to get to!

My daughter had an appointment at this clinic. We showed up and signed in at reception. The clinic was unusually crowded and full. They were running behind and there were also a lot of people ahead of us waiting for their turn. After waiting for almost 1 hour and still lots of people ahead of us, we decided to leave. Next time I went to their clinic I found out that they had charged me the $30 cancellation fees and they wouldn't see us if we didn't pay the fine. Although I hadn't cancelled. I did show up! But the clinic was running way too behind. Which is is fine, I understand that sometimes it happens. But they shouldn't have charged me the fee. When I talked to them about it, they said that I should've talked to the doctor on the same day and refused to help. They have just lost 4 patients. I'll take my business elsewhere.
