To start off, service has always been great - I'm always greeted and asked if I need help.
I was thrilled to find a pair of glasses that fit my toddler's face, a rare find as I couldn't find any frame elsewhere that looked decent and fitted well. Everything was good until a few months in I noticed I could easily pop the lenses out of my daughter's frame. I thought that was normal until one day, good thing when we were at home, her lens popped out during normal play. We searched for awhile to find this transparent object. I brought her glasses back to FYI and with no questions asked they said they'd replace the lenses as they were cut incorrectly - they were too small for the frame. Yikes!!! I was a taken aback by the poor quality of workmanship. We got everything sorted out and my daughter now has her new lenses, but within a short amount of time, both lenses have scratched. Not sure if the replacement lenses are of lesser quality or if they lack the anti-scratch coating cause the first ones did not seem to scratch as easily.
After all this, I won't be coming to purchase glasses here again. I don't trust the quality of their products, especially when I'm spending so much on them. My one try of this place is more than enough.
