I've had a terrible experience with them and I will never come back. I bought glasses 1.5 years ago, and within 6 months, I noticed cracks started forming from the edges. I went to them asked what could be done, and they said, "You didn't buy insurance and you mistreated your glasses, but we will replace these for you out of goodwill, but this won't happen again." So, on I go with my new lenses and tended to them like a baby, but within 4 months of the replacement, cracks started forming again. Because I thought they have done something 'nice' for me, I decided that I will try to live with these cracks and hope they won't spread too fast. Nope, within 7 months of the replacement, the cracks almost got to the center of my lenses. I've worn glasses all my life, and I have treated these glasses the best in compare to my previous pairs, so I know these cracks are not caused by me. Sooo, I went to complain a second time. This time, they were not so accommodating and put the entire blame on me. They said: - You decided to buy polycarbonate lenses, and they are prone to cracking. You were given options and chose wrong. - If you were to bring these back within 1 year of original purchase, we could have helped. (1 year is the length of the warranty they have with the lens manufacturer, which I just found out on this visit). - You mistreated your glasses. You must put them in a case every single time you take them off. - You are one of the 'few' people who have cracked lenses in the manager's (Sheri) 10 years of working there. When I purchased the glasses, my options were never laid out for me, and I only heard the pros about all these options they were offering. I would've brought in the defective lenses in earlier if they have told me that they have screwed up when selling me these, and they have a 1-year warranty with the lens manufacturer. And no, I did not treat these badly so please don't try to tell me it's my fault. Based on reading other comments, others have complained to them about their lenses cracking. So Lenscrafter, just admit you sold a crappy product that you don't know much about and only cared about making a profit. You cannot justify your sky-high prices with your non-existence customer service, and complete lack of quality control. I'm never coming back.

I was looking for glasses and stopped by here. I am very specific with what I buy when it comes to glasses and I won't lie, I tried every pair in the store and decided nothing they had was what I wanted. However during that period that was way longer then I should have taken, they were extremely helpful and attentive. I ended up getting what I was looking for at a different lensecrafters which they directed me to. Very helpful and great service.

The staff has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I had to bring my 2 young kids and and they even helped entertain them so I could pick out my glasses. I ended up having to exchange them for a different pair in the end within the 30 days and it was a seamless process that took less than 30 min with no extra cost. Thanks for the great customer service and help getting me the right fit!

OK service until you place an order and then you are an after thought. Purchases glasses and was told that they would be ready in a week. After 8 days I called, and after a 5 min wait, the staff member didn’t know what was happening with my order, but said she would talk to manager. Surprise, no one ever called back. After about 2.5 weeks I went in and asked what the delay was and they told me that their supplier hadn’t shipped the lenses, and it wasn’t their fault, they would be delayed another week, but they would try and rush them. Th next day my lenses finally showed up and I picked up my glasses. I may not have been so frustrated if there was any attempt at communication with me about the delay. No offer was made to make things right, and as such I will not be making any purchases here again.

I got a new pair of prescription sunglasses from my regular optometrist a couple months ago, and noticed a day or two after picking them up that they were very obviously crooked. Brought them into Lenscrafters at Deerfoot City and had them adjusted perfectly, in a matter of minutes for no cost. I think I will return to this location next time I am in the market for some new frames, and will highly recommend this location to others.
