Been a customer for 3 years. The employees underneath the head guy are not well informed about the policies. My mom and I explained what we were told about the discount for our order from one of the lady workers, but the guy said we were wrong and since we’ve already paid, there’s nothing he will do about it. For luxury glasses, their customer service is dirt. The guy would turn a blind eye if the situation calls for it. Good riddance. Save yourself or your parents the frustration and avoid this location.

Great selection on frames, Gary was very helpful and service was quick! They conveniently have different locations for pick up as well!

The staff was very nice and helpful! They helped me choose a frame that really suited my face. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive stuff but let me know on the pros and cons of each glasses. Also, they helped me fix my sunglasses that I didn't buy from them. Definitely will go back.

WORST customer service EVER! My mom went to this location (Pacific Place) to fix her expensive sunglasses that she bought from this place. The the sunglasses was perfectly fine (just needs alignment) when she gave it to them but it was scratched so bad when she got it back. The guy who fixed it gave her attitude and was claiming that he only bent the sunglasses by his hands and that was it. Uhmm...excuse me?! Did you forget that you talked to my mom over the phone yesterday saying that you have to unscrew everything because it's not easy to fix it?! Even the lady who received the sunglasses told my mom that it will be a hard job that's why my mom waited for 3 days before you fixed it. My mom knew that it wasn't under warranty anymore and she was just asking about the scratch and you treated her with no respect. What pissed my mom off was the RUDENESS of this guy while talking to her and him lying on my mom's face. Come on now! Your customer is your business! We are your regular customers but not anymore after what happened. And please, HAVE SOME GOOD MANNERS!!!

Pretty good service all these years. This is not the first time I tried them. He suggested few frames that fit my wear. Glasses fit good both the frame and sight
