I stopped by Pearl Vision a few weeks ago, as it was conveniently located by the optometrist. I did not have to wait long at all to be helped. The young lady, Taylor, was really nice and offered great advice on what styles would look best on me. After trying on about 20 pairs of glasses, I finally found a pair that fit me well. Taylor was very patient and pleasant. The glasses arrived about 1 week earlier than anticipated, so this was a bonus! I would say my experience from start to finish was excellent and I would definitely return for my next pair. Thank you Pearl Vision staff for the great customer service and nice selection of frames.

I love Pearle Vision in Sherwood Park Mall! I have been buying my children's glasses there for over 4 years. They have an excellent warranty program and they have been more than accommodating in replacing my children's broken or scratched glasses. They always follow up and they are always willing to refit glasses on a drop in basis. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I cannot recommend this location enough!

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this location. They were all extremely helpful choosing my new frames, with adjustments and even changing frames when we couldn't quite get the new ones to fit just right. I would highly recommend them!

I bought glasses here and it took nearly six weeks to get my new glasses as they mistyped my prescription onto the computer when they ordered them. But we didn't catch that right away, when I went to pick up the first pair that arrived (around two weeks after ordering and paying) I found they were full of small dots/pits from a manufacturing error, so they had to send them back. Two weeks later the new lenses arrived and I went to pick up my new glasses and discovered that they had mistyped the prescription and had to be sent back again. Two weeks later the new lenses arrived and they seemed good and I took them home. But around six months later small pits and dots appeared on the lenses. I took them in and they said it was an error in the manufacturing process and the putting on the anti-scratch/anti-glare coating. After admitting that they were defective they wanted me to pay half for the new lenses (which would have been over $100). They refused to fix the issue without making me pay half so eventually I broke down and paid, and then when the same issue appeared again six months later I decided I would never shop at Pearle Vision again. Quality of product is horrible, quality of customer service is questionable, the time to get your glasses is ridiculous. And the quality of product is the worst I have ever seen. Wal Mart and Superstore excel in quality and warranty and price (Around half) compared to Pearl Vision, and most eye doctors have better prices.

Every time I go in they are under staff and someone has to wait . This last time it happened to be me as I waited for my glasses that had "arrived" . But no , everything arrived except my lenses and I wasted an hour of my time since they only had one lady dealing with every customer . I've got my glasses and lenses from a different shop before in a matter of a couple hours so I can promise you I will never go back to Pearle Vision again. Everything was nearly $600 and im sitting around waiting ? Not really .
