Just now I was waiting to park my car to go go inside their store. Had my turn signal on to proceed into the stall. A female who drives a Jeep who was a key holder at high speed into the stall barely clipping my car. This is bad. I know u barely made it on time but really. Staff aren’t to park in front anyways

The arm on my daughters glasses broke due to a faulty hinge a month ago, they put on a mismatching one. Same thing happened to the other one they tried to put a crappy hanging extra arm on and figured I should be grateful because the mismatched arms had different designer names. Her glasses are less than 6 months old and because I didn't buy protection plan they figure the defect shouldn't be fixed properly. Still waiting for repairs to be finished. If its not done right I'm going to call the head office to complain and will tweet and complain on all social media about this. Never again will they get my business.

I've had better luck with LensCrafters...

The eye doctor next door is amazing and very informative! His secretary is the sweetest lady you'll ever meet. Not sure about the Pearle vision store but they seem nice too.
