I had really awesome customer service at both Stonewire Optical and the Kingsway Mall Pearle Vision location. The associate I had assist me at Pearle Vision was super kind and wasn't pushy at all. I enjoyed being able to freely browse and pick out my own frames while being able to ask her questions if I needed to, while not being shadowed or anything. BOGO deal was super awesome and the ordering process was easy. I needed some flexibility with ordering as I'd left my prescription information at home and didn't have my insurance info on me (double oops) but they were totally willing to let me pick out frames and tentatively put my order in the system while I skipped back home to get my info. Selection was decent and I was honestly surprised that I found multiple pairs I liked, as in the past, I've had struggles finding stylish frames at brick and mortar eyeglass stores. I wish they would carry a few more brands such as Tom Ford, but those frames can be hard to come by anyway. That being said I will definitely be coming back for new glasses in the future instead of shopping online. The associate I had made my day and my experience was so positive. Can't wait to receive my new glasses in a couple of weeks. Thanks Pearle Vision for the new sets of specs and the great service! :)

I would give 0 stars if I could. I just ordered $600 glasses from this shop and when I picked them up today the clerk refused to provide me with a cleaning cloth or cleaning solution. Instead they offered me 3 disposable wipes and directed me to the shelf where I could buy a cleaning cloth. After spending $700 on glasses I was pretty disillusioned by this immediate disregard. Additionally, my lenses cost $350 and when I learned that I could purchase them later at a different retailer for $100 the clerk shrugged their shoulders and told me that Pearle Vision has higher overhead. Come on.
