Scam artists! Beware. Left this store with out purchasing anything. Which is a shame, because I did have the intention of using the Groupon I’d purchased after hearing such wonderful things! But even after coordination of my benefits (350, including the Groupon) it still left me with an owning balance of nearly 400! If you think charging nearly 700 for ONE pair of glasses is okay, you are out to flipping lunch.

Cathy was helpful and pleasant at time of purchase for my sons glasses. At pickup she was on lunch and the other 2 middle aged woman totally ignored me for 20 minutes, I had to ask 3 times can you just get us our pair of glasses. Finally she did and just passed to me, no checking if they fit on my8 year old properly or anything. It’s called multi tasking or maybe say hello or anything. I got better service at Victoria secret by a 20 year old girl.

This store is absolutely ridiculous! We have boughten numerous glasses upwards of 8 glasses! The first round we were never offered warranty and the glasses being for my 5 year old son at The time I would of obviously taken the warranty in a heart beat! Needless to say he went a whole year with out glasses because of this situation and him breaking the glasses. the next time we got glasses they were for my husband, again the sunglasses he got the lenses were faulty and they kept popping out! We brought them in as soon as we possibly could and because we were a day off of the 30 day warranty they refused to do anything about them and now my husband has to wait 2 years before he can even get a new pair! We went back again as they had my husband prescription on file and had Work glasses made for him! It’s been damn near 2 months of waiting and they still have yet to receive them! There excuse this time was “there was an accident in the lab” unfortunately he needs these glasses for work and having to wait 2 months is ridiculous with not once have they offered anything to rectify our bad experiences! I’ll drive the extra half an hour to go to the north end before I ever go back to this location! Pearle vision probably won’t be getting our business ever again at this rate
