I love Second Specs! This has been my second time using this store to purchase my glasses and have had great success and service! Veronika at West Ed is amazing! She helped me through the entire process from showing me different frames to giving me her opinion on my final pair. Not only was she great with helping me she was joyful and pleasant to me through every step even when I was in the “just looking” phase. She took the time to give me all the information I needed to make my decision. Thanks for all your help Veronika and for giving me great customer service! I definitely will be sending my friends your way!

I've been there twice to get glasses now and both times I've been impressed with their service and how quick the turn around is. They are willing to help with advice or they leave you to it if you prefer. I also love that they direct bill as it really helps not having to worry about claims.

Fantastic service, prices, and very quick. I was quoted 2 weeks to receive my glasses, and they showed up in less than a week. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Second Specs to anyone needing glasses!

We recently ordered sunglasses. The price was right, and they had a good selection of frames to choose from. When my lenses arrived from the lab, they noticed a tiny flaw in the top corner. A replacement was ordered before I even saw it and replaced promptly. Excellent service and quality.

I will always go here first for glasses and always recommend Second Specs to everyone. I went from having to pay over $900 for my glasses because my eyes were so bad that I needed special lenses. Here the most I ever paid was about $250 and that included all the bells and whistles. If you don't have really bad eyes like mine then you are looking at paying about $140ish. A bonus was I only had to wait an hour, when other places it was over a week. The selection is awesome, the warranties are also pretty good and the staff is amazing.
