I have been seeing Dr Bauder for, well it must be decades now. He is one of the most personable Doctors I have met. His staff is equally exemplary, always happy and smiling. always helpful while being accommodating. I like the full range of top line eye test and measuring equipment he has, the selection of glasses that comes with after care has always meet my needs. He is our family eye doctor, one of the best by my experience.

I recently went in to have an eye exam done, as well as getting a new pair of glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. The staff were extremely friendly and got me the best possible rate I could have for my glasses. The fitting was very accurate and my glasses rest on my face very well. They also provide adjustments if necessary which is a huge bonus. Doctor Prete was the optometrist who helped me and he was professional but also very approachable and friendly. Very knowledgeable and will answer any questions if you have any. Overall my experience was very good and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an optometrist.

Always have a great experience here! Even though we moved to another area of the city we would never consider changing optometrists. Jean is easy to talk to and extremely competent, I always feel like I understand her diagnosis and recommendations completely. Everyone in the office makes my young daughter feel welcomed and special. They even have her a little gift to bring home. Highly recommend.

My wife was booked for Alberta vision report for her job and when she arrived receptionist told her this appointment can’t be done on Monday even though it was booked due to “it’s such a gong show today because they are so busy” unless she’s willing to pay extra $40 to have her bumped in to have it done today, that’s such disgrace and very unprofessional. I don’t recommend to anyone because service is rude and they can disregard your appointment if they don’t want to work.

I honestly have no idea about the other reviews. We had such great experiences the few times that we have been here. The staff always greets us, is prompt in returning calls, and has never been rude. We bring our two year old here and the experience is always great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
