Recently moved over from Costco who did NOT give me accurate or adequate service, always rushing me out because they were behind and telling me to come back. Originally went because I was seeing flashers but Dr. Hamilton reviewed my eyes and made my prescription accurate while giving me an answer to my eye problems. It's amazing actually being able to see fully clearly. He's a great doctor with a good sense of humor, can come off a little serious at first but as long as you joke with him you'll get along great. A doctor who really knows what he's doing and wants the best for you! Offered to give me new free contact replacements if I ever lost mine or my prescription changed. Great place.

Dr. Hamilton and everyone at Highland Vision Clinic are wonderful and the care is excellent. As a patient they make sure you feel important and comfortable, and they are very generous, doing free adjustments and always providing samples to try out before you purchase. I feel very confident in the care I receive here.

5/10/2018 Today was my first visit to this Clinic. Although it is a long drive from where I live (West Seattle) it was worth it to me because that is where Dr. Mark Hamilton is currently practicing. I became a patient of his over 10 years ago when his practice was in Downtown Seattle. Back then, he put me into contact lenses that I put in my eyes once a month. After he left downtown I lost contact with him. I saw other eye doctors, some of whom were very opposed to my kind of contact lenses and how long I liked to wear them. They wanted me to use daily lenses. Well, that just did not work for me, so in fear of losing my ability to continue to get them, I started ordering quantities of my contacts so that I could "skip" my vision exams. But eventually, my prescription changed and I had to find a doctor who would work with me. I found Dr. Hamilton again last year, and one visit with him reminded me why I so adored him in the first place. This doctor knows eyes and what is good for them and what is not. He makes me feel like I have a "partner" who cares about my eyes as well as my comfort. I do trust him completely with my eye care, and that is why I drove in traffic that took about 2 hours round trip today. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. (Oh, the clinic was nice too! There were lots of cool frames to choose from and the staff seemed very engaged with the other customers).

Dr. Mark Hamilton is AMAZING! I have had trouble getting glasses that correct all of the issues I have with my eyes. Dr. Hamilton was the first doctor in over 40 years to properly diagnose my issues and provide me with a working solution! For 40 years I struggled to wear my glasses/contacts and now I won't go anywhere or do anything without them. He has made a huge difference in my life and well being. Not to mention the fact he is personable and patient. The staff at Highland Vision Clinic is awesome as well. Highly recommend!

This review is not about the doctor as I wasn't able to see him, but about the poor administration services. I booked an appointment a week ahead giving them all my info, however when I get to the office she simply told me that there is no information in the system and the only thing they offered me was to book another appointment without even feeling or expressing sorry about wasting my time. It was so disappointing as I am pregnant and not easy to arrange for another visit.
