I love coming here! The ladies on staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have an amazing selection of frames for all price points and our son loves coming here for his eye exams! I always have such a personalized experience when ever I walk through the door!

I got my sunglasses here and the staff was very helpful. I also had my eyes checked by Dr. Rajkamal Phul and can't wait to go back! Great experience.

I had a huge essay on all that I have gone through with this company over the past month and a bit. Yes it took over a month for me to get hopefully the correct prescription. I deleted my first review because my husband came home with not just one but two pairs of glasses so I was like oh they are trying to fix there mistake. But now thinking about it I have left that place livid twice now and it wasn't till I left the business that they actually tried to solve the issue. Being rude and making excuses while I was there and trying to be all nicey nice after I've left. Both times the situation could have been handled a lot better on there part and while I was still in the building. I am the customer and as far as I know it takes customers to keep a business which they have now lost two. I'll just briefly explain the key points that don't take all my time explaining as I've wasted enough time with the vision gallery. Multiple breakages in the lab, wrong prescription ( which according to them its normal for the eye doctor to get wrong, first time in 19 years of wearing glasses), waiting for new lenses to be put into my frames then being told there was something wrong with the lenses and that it could have been seen before they even called me. These are just a few issues. I decided that though they may have tried to make it better I wouldn't want someone else to go through what I have over the last month and a bit. Good customer service is something they do not have. minus one lady who deserves 5 stars all on her own, unfortunately I didn't get her name but she is always there helping opening the doors and keeping the kids entertained during appointments. But other then her I give the Vision Gallery in Beaumont one star.

I cannot say enough about the ladies that work here. They are the most helpful caring people I've ever met! Just before Christmas this year I lost my Maui Jim sunglasses while walking between the store and my car. With short notice they were able to get a new pair ordered for me before I drove into BC. The entire time they kept in communication with me to let me know the status. They saved me again before a snowboarding trip to BC. I had run out of contacts and they were able to get me more than enough pairs to get me through the trip. I have never had service like I get from the Vision Gallery anywhere! The selection of glasses and sunglasses is fantastic. Anyone that needs glasses or contacts I would highly recommend the Vision Gallery in Beaumont.
