Excellent customer service. Stopped by to have a nose piece replaced on a pair of my father's glasses, they did a fantastic job and even replaced the other one without me asking. Thanks for the great service.

I've been coming here since 2000. The staff and doctors are always great. My only complaint is that they don't seem to be able to deal with emails or scanning. Always asking if they can fax things to me. Do fax machines still exist? A printer scanner combo is a relatively cheap piece of technology. Seems weird to not have this capability.

Last week I broke my glasses and went here to try and see if I could get them reframed. They didn't have my frame style in stock so I decided to try and do a trial of contact lenses so I could see for the week it would take to get my new glasses. Well yesterday I ran out of the trial contacts so I had to go back to see if my glasses had come(which they haven't yet) so I had to get more contacts to hold me over til I get my glasses. When i walked in i told the front desk lady I was there to pick up some contacts (I phoned prior and they told me they had the ones i used in stock) she asked for my name and before I could finish saying it the lady who answers the phone (she has short grayish hair with glasses) threw my file at her. When the lady read my file she told me the price and I was confused as to she only had 2 packs of contacts when I was using daily's and I wanted the 90 day pack. So I told.her that it was incorrect and that I wanted daily's. Then the lady who threw my file stood out of her chair and walked over very rudely and told me I was wrong and that I was using bi-weekly contacts. When in fact i wasn't as to i had 5 pairs for 5 days. I told her that i had a trial for daily's and that she was incorrect and she kept telling me that I was wrong and that I had bi weekly's. It wasn't until I told her that I have 5 pairs that she huffed and grab the contacts the lady had and angrily said "well then I guess these are the wrong ones" and then slammed them down on the counter. I give 5 stars to the lady that helped me order the correct contact lenses, she was very understanding and gave me a few more daily's to hold me over til my glasses. But the other lady made my visit a nightmare. I've been going to this eye center for 9 years now and this is the worse experience I've had.

10 years ago, Dr Brady saved my life. I've seen other doctors there, and they are excellent. Great customer service. I recommend everybody gets their eyes checked, optometrists do more than give you a prescription. Thanks Dr Brady!

Overall it was a good experience. The opticians were friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Pennifold for children though as she doesn’t have patience for them. She couldn’t understand why a 5 year old would be moving around in the chair or not doing everything she said when she said it. She was quickly annoyed and couldn’t hide it. One of the receptionists is very rude as well. Been there several times and never had a good experience with her.
