The gals at the front desk need to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE - I was in on Saturday -(April 6) the gal with the dark hair said to me we are fully booked, I said book me for Monday - and she says we are fully booked, Arrogant - I really hate coming here because of the poor front end service - if it were not for customers like me YOU would be not be employed - Shame on the drs. for hiring people like you- and they say 15.00 an hr. salary is justified??? really - With your attitude you never would have hired -

So I ended up going to this place called total focus in Northgate. The people have been amazing. This lady named Judy came up to help me. She was so honest. I normally go with those older looking frames she was kind and honest she definitely did not have a poker face when I tried glasses on. I got two for one amazing deal and they were not China. I love the new glasses thanks Judy and Total Focus.

The first time i ever was fascinated in an eye exam. Highly recommend an exam with Dr. J. Watson. She's passionate about her job and knowledgeable and makes you excited to learn more about the condition of your eyes. You can tell she really takes the time to be thorough in examining your eyes and making you understand. 5 stars across the board in her service. The lab staff was up to par as well, the lab technician who tightened my loose glasses did a terrific job. Glad there's service of this quality in my neighborhood!

Having developed a buying history along with annual medical appointments I was able to call upon my relationship to get what I considered an emergency diagnosis which turned out to be a detached retina. The request for access to the retina clinic travelled through the store and to the clinic so that by 5:30 in the afternoon of the same day I had received my operation and was beginning my recovery. Incredible skill, caring and effectiveness were demonstrated by the doctor and staff.

Absolutely horrible experience 🤢🤢given 3rd degree from Dr Torbeth, did not want to refund or exchange my contacts ( not until my hubby and me put up with a fight) wrongly accused me! Cause me emotional and mentally pain that day. Discriminate and humiliate me in front of his staffs. Awful place.
