I started coming all the way here from Calgary as I stopped in one day due to an emergency and had such great service I keep coming back. The doctors and staff are all very friendly and the manager Cindi is very informative and was able to answer all my questions. They are always able to direct bill to my insurance so I never have to submit it myself. I would highly recommend this place!

They were not very friendly or helpful. Went to lenscrafters instead and they had the same frames I wanted but $30 cheaper and I got them in 1 hour with blue light lenses instead of them being shipped in.

I walked in to get a new pair of glasses and found a pair i really liked and decided to buy them, Amanda was super easy to deal with and didn't relentlessly pressure me into buying another thousand dollars worth of stuff which was great, she was really straightforward and super nice, will definitely be going back :)

Really bad diagnosis, damaged my eyes, prescription burned my eyelids , literally, went to another optometrist and was told I should never have been given that!
