Eye exam today. Had to ask for just a standard eye exam. Once in, the doctor was very pleasant and staff were friendly. However... A pair of glasses went from $132, to over $300 because of lenses and such that "had" to be in with the purchase. I had to pay $40 for my prescription and it was incomplete. Waiting for a response to get what I paid for. Will be the first and only time I go to this eye doctor.

I always have such a great experience! They are easy to make an appointment with, it's rather quick to get in and they are open late so you don't need to miss work! On top of all that the staff is absolutely incredible with my entire family. I highly recommend Lakeland Family Eyecare in Bonnyville.

I love this place, probably some of the friendliest people work here. When ever I have issues with my glasses I just drop by and they help resolve any issues almost right away. Great service :)

I have been very pleased with the eye care I have received at Lakeland Family Eyecare. When my contacts were not working for me, Dr. Moir made sure I tried different contacts until the fit was right. They have late appointments on certain nights to accommodate those who can’t make it during the day.

First day visiting Lakeland I had brought in my glasses damaged, on the spot a staff member asked me to sit and they were repaired as I waited, no charge and no question if I had purchased them at Lakeland. Have since returned twice and have made Lakeland my eyeware vender. The personal service and quality of product are what made my decision to switch to Lakeland.
