I walked into this office last year when I was on the hunt for frames with a prescription from a different optometrist. I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Dr Mallary took the time to understand my issues and needs (computer monitor all day), did some adjustments and provided me with what are by far the most comfortable lenses that i have had in the 20+ years I've been wearing glasses. I went back 6 months later to get the lenses replaced in a second pair of frames with the prescription adjusted for driving. Same experience, same outcome. The staff is nice and very personable, selection of frames is great and the attention and care from the optometrist is top notch. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I was a patient with Dr. Gimbel and never have been so impressed with staff so respectful and kind since. Thank you all.

Dr. Mallary Eisner is a great optometrist; she is very professional and efficient. She listens and makes you feel comfortable. The staff are very helpful. Also, it was very easy to book an appointment online, we got an email right away with our preferred time and day. It is a challenge to go downtown but it is well worth it.

Exceptional, first class! I've had many optometrists over a few decades, and Dr. Haskel and Dr. Mallary are the best - by far. They are patient-focused, highly knowledgeable, and compassionate. Dr. Mallary is a perfectionist with a sparkling personality. She genuinely cares about and empathizes with my particular vision limitations. Dr. Haskel has encyclopedic knowledge and his advice is always evidence-based and thoughtful. I trust my precious eyes to both of them, implicitly. And, the office personnel are friendly, courteous and accommodating.
