This clinic was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Before going there for my 2 and half year old son, we have already seen another eye doctor and been referred to a specialist. However, the appointment was in November. After Dr. Farrah conducted a thorough checkup with my son, she immediately contacted the specialist and explained the situation and asked them to review the file. In about 2 days, the specialist called us and put my son in right away. Dr. Farrah was so patient with young children. She took the time to check the child; she was not rushing from one room to another. She cares about patient and is a very responsible doctor. I made a good decision to go there and got a second opinion. I decide to let my other son see her as well later this year. Our family trusts Dr. Farrah. Laura

For as long as I can remember I've been suffering from eye fatigue and discomfort which I just assumed was because I wear contacts everyday. After seeing Dr. Farrah and her team, I learned that Dry Eye Syndrome is a really common issue that can be treated rather easily (not sure why all my optometrists weren't able to identify this). Anyways as we continue my treatment, my eyes have never felt so good. Dr. Farrah is great at explaining the situation so that I understand what exactly we're trying to accomplish. HIGHLY recommend Eyedeology because their treatment is very effective and their service is exceptional.

For several years I had been complaining to my optometrist about a sharp pain in my left eye. He would comment that my eyes were dry but that he could find no physical problems. When the sharp pain started occurring in my right eye, I went to my GP. My GP suggested Dr. Farrah to see if my dry eyes were responsible for the sharp pain. Turns out - it was. Dr. Farrah let me know she could help me, but that it was not going to be a quick fix. I was okay with that. Over the past year, my eyes have gone from very dry and painful to pain free and lubricant. Dr. Farrah's knowledge is exceptional and she works with you to create a plan that you can easily implement into your life. Her support team is fantastic, providing outstanding customer service. I actually look forward to and enjoy my appointments with them. If you suffer from dry or painful eyes, please know you don't have to. Thanks to Dr. Farrah and her team, I'm living proof of that.

It was by fate that I found Eyedeology! I had googled downtown eye doctors, and the name caught my attention. As well they had online booking, so I gave it a try. They called me back to confirm the appointment for the time and date I had requested, to my surprise, as I had done this with very short notice. I then googled for directions, and found it was almost right across the street from my place! When I got there the next day, I found the most caring and friendly people, everyone went above and beyond to make a warm and inviting, friendly atmosphere. Fantastic team, professional and kind, caring and genuinely happy to help. Get your eyes checked people!!! And go to Eyedeology, you will be more than happy you did!!

Everything about this place is terrific! They are kid friendly, adult friendly and just generally a great place! I feel like Dr. Farrah really cares about us and makes sure that we get the best care. The rest of the staff is equally wonderful and treat my son like a superstar every time he is in. Thank you!
