The appointment was thorough and yet quickly done ( in under 30 mins during "lunch break"). The staff worked efficiently and were all enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend to family, friends and colleagues! Also - Dr. A. Reid was wonderful. Thanks again

I called in a bit ago and was put in for a last min appointment with Dr. Thompson. I wanted to do a survey on the excellent service I received but I can't find where on your web site. The entire staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Silvana got me in immediately and the Mays and Richard helps me as well. Dr. Thompson was very informative of my condition that I was worried about. All has been fine, I am so grateful for the immediate attention I received throughout the entire visit. So I definitely would recommend this office to friends and family :)) Thank you! Sincerely F.T.

Best place ive gone to for my eye exam and prescription glasses by far. The staff where very knowledgeable and very helpful with the whole process of getting the right lenses and helping with what frames looked good on me :) This will be my go to place from here on forward!

I’ve been to two different optometry, my experiences there weren’t the greatest. I either dealt with staff that would upsell you items you don’t need and spend more money than you should or unprofessionalism with employees. When I went to Fyi Mays was kind and curtious, she was welcoming, helping me to get the right pairs of glasses, and she made sure I was assisted when I went to picked them up, it was nice. I really appreciated her efforts.

Reception rarely answers the phone on the first call attempt and never responds to voicemails. Had to call five times today before I was able to talk to a person. That person informed me they closed early today (something not noted on the website or on the voicemail message) but assured me if I came straight there she would wait for me. I drove all the way downtown, during rush hour and had the pleasure of finding the office closed, all staff gone. The woman not only lacked the courtesy, professionalism and capability to follow through with the an agreement she offered, she couldn’t even call me to let me know she was leaving. Least professional FYi Doctors front office I’ve ever dealt with.
