Long time patient

Had eye test in December 2021. This was my third or fourth visit to the same office for glasses. Previous exams were by Dr. Wilson and I never had a problem during those years. The current prescription was done by a different optometrist and was totally unacceptable. Requested retest and they first argued that I had to wear the incorrect glasses for a time first before they would agree to a retest. Told them I did not even buy the glasses because they were obviously flawed to the point of not being able to see correctly at all. I was not belligerent or used any bad language. I simply insisted they retest with a different optometrist in the same office. They hung up on me. This office should be avoided.

Took my kids on to get their eyes checked. The optometrist wasn’t friendly and wasn’t good with kids at all. Not recommend coming here with young children. An old dark facility. Not inviting environment.

Went and received an eye exam after noticing a few specs in my left eye. From booking the appointment to receiving the exam I was pleased with the service and professionalism of the office and Dr. Wilson.

Like Kalvin, my prescription from this clinic is hugely flawed. I can't see out of my glasses, and I have been to a store for three contact-lens fittings and everything is still blurry. The optomitrist I saw can't assess my vision.

I went to this lady and she gave me presription and also said i had some stigmatism... her presricption turned out flawed (off by -1 on each eye) and incorrect, and she also gave me misinformation I went later to Focust West in SW, now this guy knew what he was doing, and his prescription was correct, and closer to my last years.. its a good thing i went to this guy to double check, i knew the numbers sounded incorrect, else I would have been straining my eyes all year only to get weaker and weaker!
