Very disappointed. Went to Iris for an eye exam to get a prescription and afterwards noticed that it was missing the PD (pupillary distance). When I want back to asked if it was to order glasses, to which I said yes. Then was told that they cannot give it to me because it depends on the frame I would choose from them... I guess my eyes will grow further apart or closer together depending on the frame. Anyway, obviously they just don't want you to buy glasses anywhere else, but in that case they shouldn't have optometrist services as a separate service. Lost $120 for missing information on my prescription, but gained the knowledge to not go back there.

My experience over the past three years has been fantastic from checkups / examinations, support with repairs, follow-up and delivery on commitments and always a very customer friendly experience. I have recommended this IRIS location to a number of colleagues and friends.

Everyone at this location is so nice and cheerful. Doctor Reid is very nice and doesn't ever rush his appointments and is very thorough with checking the eye for any health concerns.

I got excellent help here. The prices were really good comparatively, and they were available when I needed them, but the best part was how helpful everyone was. Dr. Gee was courteous and really listed during my exam - it was a pleasant experience. Two gentleman helped me with questions about glasses/lenses and they did not act like sales people, they seemed to literally just be there to help with my questions regardless of whether/what I was going to purchase. I'd definitely go back.

Very thorough optometry exam. Expensive, but lovely frames/glasses. Would recommend.
