Best experience I have had with an optometry clinic. Very caring staff that really enjoy what they do and it shows. Had my eyes examined today for the first time in 5 years. Very professional and caring staff. Dr.Brady Turner thank you. If I could give more stars I would

I recently moved to this new clinic. Dr. M. Bell is a great optometrist and the tech who did the tests before I saw Dr. Bell was great too - professional, friendly and competent. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is because the receptionist at the front desk left me under the impression that I did not have to pay anything that day. I have Blue Cross coverage that covers my eye exams every year. Had she had told me that it was not going to be covered that day, I would have called my insurance company to figure out why (I was 5 days too early and I could have just rebooked so that it would have been covered). It was only after my exam did I find out that my eye exam was not covered and I would have to pay out of pocket. Usually, before I go into an exam (ie. dentist), they would tell me if I’m covered or what I would be owing before I walk into the exam. I gave feedback to one of the receptionists and told her that it would be courteous to let customers know of balance owing and coverage before the exam is completed. I won’t say that I don’t recommend this optometry clinic because the optometrist I saw was great. But because of the imcomptence of the front desk receptionist, I am out some money and I don’t plan to return to this clinic.

Great service from the staff there, and Dr. Lathrop is incredibly good at what he does. He was the first optometrist to ever notice that I had a specific condition that could have possibly been impacting my vision. I find him incredibly honest and to the point, but also super friendly and personable. He's also very punctual, I've never had to wait past my appointment time here. I would recommend him and this office without question.

*Great staff, professional services. Dr. Magdalis Velázquez is professional, thorough, never in a rush. Will answer all of your questions. Genuine care for people. Highly recommend. **If requiring corrective lenses, DO NOT use Lens Crafters located beside. Investigate the reviews.
