I wish I could give zero stars to this business. I brought my 3 year old here to get his first pairs of glasses. After much deliberation, we settled on two separate frames for him. Not only did they order the wrong frames for him, they blamed me for the error and then tried to charge me more to correct their mistake. Do not use this location, they are unscrupulous and can't get your request filled accurately.

I'm writing this after almost an year from my initial purchase. First of all, they have the best optometrist I've seen so far. Dr. H Gill is friendly, knowledgable and answered all my questions patiently. Staff is friendly and profesional. Plus they have the best prices and a fairly good array of selection. Quality and durability of my "Made in china" Danny Gokey glasses, which I got from walmart vision and used for the past 12 months, is suprisingly good when compared to overpriced Burberrys and Polos I got from Lenscrafters for the last 10yrs. Edit: 20 months now. Still haven't broken. I'm suprised:) couple scratches from my puppy recently, other than that they are still basically like the first day I got them **Edit 2019 November: 2 years since initial purchase. I still have them. Never was able to use my burberries and polos for this long. Beside from couple scratches on one lens they are in great condition.

This has been my vision center since I moved to Evanston. The staffs there are professional and friendly. Wait time is reasonable. Prices are lower than others. I'm happy to see their business growing and hiring more staffs.

They charge you separately for contact lens prescription then charge you again to buy that prescription. They dont tell you this. In total an extra $50.. horrible service.
