750$ for 2 pair of glasses? Lol I actually thought it was a joke. This is the reason why little business are getting crush by the the big boys. They rip people that are not shopping at different locations. Costco 475$ Walmart 500$ optic international 475$. Shop people shop. Don’t let the sellers fool you Just walk away. From someone that is actually shocked The this store is still open

I can't believe that review that was left below. Rhonda is one of the sweetest people I've met. Her customer service is exceptional, she's fun to talk with, and she provides excellent customer service along with a great experience. Whether she's at braeside or midnapore I specifically deal with her. She helped me get the right lenses for my new sunglasses and recommended I get my eyes tested when I mentioned I was noticing it was harder to see certain things. Even when she interacts with other customers, she's always pleasant and she really enjoys her job. Thanks for everything Rhonda! Keep up the hard work.

I can't say enough good things about Jaffery Optical. Dr. Janna has a fun, kind, professional demeanor and it is clear that she is truly passionate about your sight and eye health. Jaff, Jamal, Rhonda, and Laura are all committed to helping you find the glasses you need while putting a smile on your face with their positivity and sense of humour. I have recommended Jaffery Optical to several friends and family members, and will continue to do so. 5 stars all the way!

Jaffery optical braeside is an awesome place to get glasses, the doctor is very helpful and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions I had with detailed answers. As well as the two ladies in the front, Rhonda and Laura who were both really helpful when it came to picking out frames, I really appreciated the honesty and great prices. I really enjoyed my experience here, and I will for sure be coming back. thanks so much !

I purchased a new set of glasses and frames in May 2016. Within the first 3 months I noticed that some of the color was coming off the metal so I went back to talk to the staff July 29 to find out what could be done. Although we're not talking a huge amount of color loss, when you pay $800.00 plus for glasses you want them to last longer than 3 months, right? Well, they took down my name and phone number and said they would call me. A week later, on August 5, I went back and was told, yes we have your information and we'll call you. I went back on September 9 and was told that they were trying to get information from the manufacturer and they still had my information and would call me. I returned on November 14 and spoke with the same lady from my very first visit on July 29 and she again took down my name and said she would have someone call me. Now, a month later (December 15) I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm completely frustrated now and very unhappy with the lack of customer service / follow up. It seems pretty typical that you get great service when you are first purchasing something and then thereafter, once they have your money, you're no longer important. In this economy with businesses hurting, you can't afford to piss anyone off, particularly with something so simply as lack of communication and follow up.
