Wonderful staff, great doctors, amazing service, friendly and helpful, great selection of glasses. Everyone there knows what they’re doing, and are happy to help anyone at any time. Highly recommend Bridlewood Eyecare and any of their doctors .

I have been going to Bridlewood Eyecare for over ten years now. I recently had my eye exam and ordered two pairs of glasses (regular & sunglasses). The process of ordering my glasses however was annoying, as the representative was not clear on the terms of the sale which resulted in the final price for frames and lenses to grew substantially. I believe from past experience this eyecare retailer sells superior eye wear, but floundering on what is and isn’t on sale and ultimately which substantially increased in price is not professional, nor acceptable. What has prompted this review today is that when I picked up the first set of glasses l needed a glasses case for my old glasses (as the old one is at its life’s end), but the representive would not comp these and insisted to which charge yet another $5 for after spending more than $2300. I was left with the frustration of again being nickel and dimed. Paul B.

Friendly eye care professionals who took the time and effort (certainly wasn't easy) to make sure my sometimes difficult child got an eye exam. The team was helpful and friendly. Already have my family's next visit scheduled. Would recommend to others (especially families).
