I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now, and the individuals that work in this location are phenomenal. There are many reasons why I keep coming back for their service. They are professional, respectful, and kind towards their customers and clients. This location holds many brands and cost is very reasonably priced when it comes to prescription glasses. I highly recommend the Monterey Vision Centre to anyone that may be interested in purchasing a new pair of glasses.

Purposefully sabotaged my glasses after a dispute. Owner seemed very upset about a minor disagreement about the use of glasses from a different store. As we were coming home, the glasses snapped in our hands like a twig. Obvious signs of sabtage, metal seemed bent and molded. Very disrespectful of moral boundaries and owner avoided us for most of the time. Don't go here if you have classes from a different shop, and DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR GLASSES! Very disappointed these people would cross such a line.

Been going to this clinic for so many years and I've been always impressed with their service since then. They also have wide variety of good eyeglasses! Staff are very friendly too.

Awesome staff. Super friendly and very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for eye exams, contact lenses and anything to do with professional eye care. My glasses were reasonably priced and fit me perfectly. Bravo to the owners! You now have a dedicated return customer and any person I can refer to you.
