I could not be more disappointed with the customer service we received while waiting for my daughters glasses to come in. Our initial appointment, eye exam, and ordering of the glasses was excellent and the staff was great to deal with while in their location. We ordered the glasses and we were promised the would arrive in 2 weeks. After two weeks we began calling to find out if the glasses arrived, and on day 14, 15, 16, and 17 (all calls made to them as they don’t seam to be proactive once they have all your money upfront) the answer was a simple “not yet”. Finally on day 17 the decided to look into it, to which we were told the lab had lost the frame and were waiting for a new one to come in. We received no further information for several days and on day 22 we called again and received the same not yet answer but with an assurance they would look into it. On day 23 got a call back that the lab was working on the glasses and they should arrive in 4 more days. At which point I asked how we were being compensated for the delays, to which their response was to offer a $50 credit towards the $500 glasses we have already paid for and are continuing to wait for. After expressing my disapproval with their customer service, and the delays, they were less than concerned and and showed little interest in making a slightly satisfied customer out of us. Clearly once they have your money, you are no longer a priority or even a valued customer. Customer satisfaction is the least of their concern, and return customers do not seam to be important to them. Being a father of 2 young children that need glasses with a wife that also needs glasses, I find it difficult to believe they would be so disconnected from customer satisfaction that they felt we would be satisfied with a 10% credit on on a product that is still yet to be delivered after nearly double the promised delivery time. Had they been proactive, had they been concerned about our satisfaction or had they been accommodating for their errors this review could have been very different, unfortunately it would appear they are only concerned about getting our money upfront and customer satisfaction has no place in their business model.

I was welcomed when I came into the office. The women who gave me the initial eye exam was friendly and thorough. Then, Dr. Sanchez was excellent, very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions during the eye exam. Also, I had great advice on picking a new pair of glasses. Overall I enjoyed my experience here and highly recommend Chestmere Optometry.

Great clinic, knowledgeable and friendly staff. It’s been my optometry go to for years now and I haven’t had any complaints. Bought my current pair of glasses here which felt a little on the pricey side. Overall selection of frames is pretty solid though.

I keep coming back every year to see Dr Sanchez, so that reflects my satisfaction. I am totally satisfied with the professional services I receive from Dr Sanchez with her ensuring all facets of my eye health are covered and her genuine caring. The front end staff over the years have shown me the same friendlyness and professionalism, thank you.
