My wife and I went in there December 17 at 8 PM, but got zero service. Both women working were watching movies on their iPhones behind the counter and didn’t even acknowledge us. I was ready to buy some new glasses but after barely getting a grunt as a response to my question we promptly left. Owners, I would seriously reconsider your staff. How can you make money with people like this running your business? Jeez...a sign in the store said to leave a Google review so here you go!

I was there on Sunday and was really upset with customer service of receptionists. They both couldn't find my card on computer, ask several times the same questions and weren't polite. I wanted to leave this place ASAP. On the other hand my previous experience with other staff in this location was excellent.

I had to get my glasses adjusted right before the mall closed. It was very last minute and I hesitated because I didn't want to be "that customer." But, I ran into Iris at 8:55pm and the employee was ready to leave. I explained my situation to him and he helped me right away! He was very nice to deal with and was very kind!

We have been going to Iris for over 5 years. Excellent staff and service. Optometrists that actually care about your vision. Dr. Hunter, especially, is exceptional. She spends the time and energy to make sure your eyes are taken care of.

This place is amazing. Elliott is friendly and funny and went above and beyond helping me pick out a new pair of glasses. I didn’t end up buying because I’m the pickiest person alive when it comes to glasses but I will return to look when I have a friend with me. I originally went to this location because I was walking by while in the mall and stopped in for a glasses case. Found out that Elliott is a fellow East Coaster and wanted to support that’s as I’m an East Coaster as well. Not disappointed in the slightest. Dr. Hunter was such a joy to be around. Explaining everything I had asked about my vision including explaining to me about my color blindness which I knew very little about since I was told everything as a 5 year old kid. Wish I could rate higher.
