When I first walked into the clinic I was surprised at how modern and welcoming it was. Kayla did an excellent job helping me choose glasses and was very kind and patient with me as I can be very indecisive when picking out new frames. She gave her honest opinion when the frame did not look good and suggested some more trendy frames. So many brands and stylish frames to pick from! I will definitely be coming back!!

LOVE this place! very great customer service, always helpful, very clean! Also, have all access to try them on (some places lock all their showcases)... Definitely recommend this place.

I recently had the best experience I have ever had with Dr Glenn Garlock. That is saying a lot as I have wore glasses for 45 years and seen countless optometrists. Amazing staff, professional service, beautiful environment and so many wonderful frames and brands to choose from! I also take my young son to see him. Wonderful with children.

Great experience! Took my child into the Okotoks location. The staff there went above and beyond to make him feel special and excited to pick out his new pair of glasses!

My daughter saw Dr Cindy Kruschel and was given the wrong prescription. She couldn't see for months and the staff didnt think it could be an incorrect prescription. Took her to a different optometrist and she now wears her glasses all the time and has zero headaches or issues. Won't be returning.
