Dr. Bains is a great doctor. Always see his patients at short notice. Treat kids very friendly and his front staff is very friendly.

Dr.Bains is a health and safety RISK for the whole neighborhood,he gave me poor quality (6 dollar ) ebay lenses for 500 dollars. They ripped inside my eyes on the same day and damage my eyes permanently. He neither apologized nor accepted his mistake at first ,after a lot of argument he finally told me to go and see some doctor in foothills hospital with Canadian Degree because my eye problem was too complicated for him.Now I still feel bad that why I went there. Please be aware of this fake doctor.

This is the most Unethical place We have ever been. This Indian guy with turbin (Dr JS Bain’s) start misbehaving if you disagree with his wrong advise. He and his team is rude and do force selling. Whole gang is there to rip someones savings/insurance coverage. Last week my mother unfortunately visited this place and she was forced by whole gang to buy 2 pairs of glasses instead of one. Dr. said that first pair you can use from today. And next one you will need in 6months and those will be progressive glasses. Lol. My mother ask the girl at front desk that, is he a doctor or a spiritual adviser, who can predict future. Also, They ask her to pay 400dollar for glasses and she only had 200 coverages and even they accepted 200dollar. Later we found that they were eBay glasses for only 6dollar. Guys please be aware of this brown guy with no ethics. He is really ripping everyone no matter you r rich or poor.

I use to go to Dr. Bains. I had some dryness in my eyes for which i needed Specialist. Dr. Bains kept on selling me all lubricants which he sells and some kinds of eye silicon massagers to make more money. My eye condition reached to a point where it kept hurting all the time and I was not able to open my eyes. I thought I am losing my vision. Then I urged him to refer me to a specialist. And the Specialist helped me. Now, after a year when his assitant called us for follow up appointment, I told her I dont have a good experience and THIS LADY WAS SO RUDE AND SAID "IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES I DONT WANNA LISTEN THAT AND SHE HUNG UP THE CALL". I strongly do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Zero ethics, zero customer services, force selling culture and only good in ripping people. ————Visit this clinic at your own risk———— - At Bains Vision - client means = credit card; - client insurance coverage = dr Bains pocket money - Wrong Lens prescription = more money in future.
