I've been a customer for more than a decade and am always impressed. The doctor and the folks that support them are always professional and friendly. And the people who sell the glasses are remarkable at finding the right glasses for a specific face. Best of all is the follow-up service when glasses get knocked out of alignment by real life. Special shout out to Dr Paul Dame and Oana!

I have been a client for more than a decade. Luckily, I continue to be impressed with the service quality and professionalism. Of late, I was experiencing some vision problems which coincided with the presence of a chalazion (stye). I sent Dr. Dame an email on a Sunday, which he answered the same day. He told me I was doing everything correctly for the chalazion treatment; however, he did not know why my vision had changed, so he recommended I come in on Monday to check it. In doing so, he was able to suggest why my vision was off and felt confident that it would remedy as my chalazion healed. Dr. Dame has a caring manner, he loves what he does, and he is able to educate his clients with glee. His office staff, particularly Sherry and Kathleen, exude kindness and professionalism. I was greeted immediately, and there was no wait time.

My family and I have been patients here for more than 20 years. I would say that overall average or expected service. Recently however, I noticed questionable ethical practices. We are not going back. They will not tell you when you are incurring charges except when they hand you the bill at the end of the visit. Also, when they can charge your insurance and you get your eyeglasses there, they are happy to “accomodate” but when you ask to take the same service elsewhere they claim that the action would be “fraud”. Really? Not everyone - especially families in this economic time - has an unlimited budget for eyewear or services. Don’t assume they do. We are going elsewhere.

Great selections of frames, but customer service leaves much to be desired. I've walked in this store many times, and not once did anyone acknowledge my presence. The one time that I did ask for help, they recommended that the frame I chose wouldn't work with my prescription (which I appreciate)... but picking random frames off the shelves afterwards without asking me what style I like is not useful. After having gone through the dozens they randomly picked, they said "sorry" we can't help you. They didn't even bother walking me around the store to let me pick out ones that I owuld actually wear. Staff were unfriendly as well.
