The staff is always friendly and helpful. I brought a client on mine in who’d broken his glasses frame and they repaired it for him, even though he wasn’t a patient of theirs. The exams are always done well. Information is always clear and concise. Billing has never been an issue. The glasses selection is varied enough to be able to get what I want.

After the exam, Dr. Ward noted that the prescription that I was wearing, that had come from another optician, was reversed, the lens for the left was for the right eye and the lens for the right was for the left eye. To support that observation, I then told him that I had recently reverted to my old glasses, from some years ago, for driving, because they were better, and came to the same conclusion; that the lens of my current glasses were reversed. The optician for the glasses that had the old reversed lens, was comfortable with telling me that his prescription was as much improvement as I could get in my eyes. This last week I received the new glasses and was startled by the clarity of what I could see with these mid-seventies year old eyes. Every thing was so very sharp. After the exam, the good doctor gave me some valuable insight to the aging process of my eyes and how effective care can help to provide good vision into the future. The staff was polite and helpful. A totally good check up experience and an excellent product for good vision was the result of Dr. David Ward's work.

I've been going to Dr. Ward since I was in Middle School. He is very good, great with children and family, and really does a great job.
