I’m super impressed with these guys. Incredible PR. High caliber customer service. My daughter sat on her glasses and broke them. Not only did they take arms off another pair she had from another location and make a pair she was able to use but they also got a new frame ordered in a timely manner under warranty. Professional optical you have the Smith family’s big fat YES!!!!! Thankyou.

First time here and they were very helpful and friendly. Made me feel like I was a long time client. Dr. Dean was able to figure out my issues with adapting to new prescription. Got my contacts here and very helpful and funny when it came to trying my contacts on.

Very pleased with my entire experience. I needed an appointment right away and they were able to accommodate me. In 36 years of wearing glasses and contacts I have been accustomed to being told what I should do according to whatever the opticians preferred method was. Not only did Dean give a professional eye exam but he took extra time to discuss my changing eye conditions. He then discussed the pros and cons of each option available and my comfort level with them. I left feeling Dean not only understood the mechanics of my eyes but how I used them in my daily life and he provided me with a strategy to maximize my sight, my comfort and my budget. I have found a home for my eyes!
